Join us for an event with with Jody Long.

Jody Long is a British international knitwear designer and best-selling author of over 12 knitting books. Jody has been designing for major magazines and yarn mills around the world, including many celebrities. Then in 2019 Jody launched his own luxury line of hand-knitting yarns with his exclusive distributor Knitting Fever Inc.
Jody has an insane amount of knowledge in the field of knitting and designing. Taught from a very young age by his grandmother Josephine, who is also a very addicted and advanced knitter with a bespoke-tailoring background. Jody used to visit his grandmother for the weekends when he was a child, and during that time, out came the needles and more lessons.

Jody will talk for around 20-30 mins of how he got into knitting from the age of five to the journey he had to take to get to where he is today! Then he will briefly talk about the different yarns that make up the trunk show that will be on display: Fall-Winter 2023 garments and a couple of the best-selling spring-summer garments from the last tour.
Yarns that wil be featured are: Alba, Alba Aran, Ciao, Ciao Carnival, Airspun, Andeamo, Andeamo lite, Andeamo Twist, Alpamayo, Rovesoft, Artesano, Lino Moda, Coastline and Floral

Jody will be with us from 3-6 PM to present and chat with our amazing community.

If you see a yarn that you just have to have, we will be taking special orders of Jody Long yarn that evening. (Full bags only) 

Will there be prizes? Oh are you in for a treat. The first  50 people to arrive at the party will recieve a swag bag full of yarn and patterns from Jody. Courtesy of KFI. Swag bags are in person first come first serve, purchase of ticket does not guarantee a bag.

Jody and his distributor are offering a whopping 10 full garment knitting kits across the entire tour! Jody and his sales representative will hand out a prize entry list that customers can fill in to be entered into the drawing.  Prize winners will be picked at random using an app called Random Name Picker.
