Be a brave briocher and inspire others by joining us for this class!

You will have fun learning to make brioche cables and creating your own.

Class will cover:

·      Review of working brioche in two colors

·      Basic brioche cables in one color

·      Understanding charts and written instructions for these patterns

·      Two-color brioche cables

·      Design your own cables

·      Decreases and increases in brioche

·      Projects will be on display to illustrate the class coverage.

Homework: 

Swatch:       

With 2 colors of worsted-weight yarn CO 20 sts.

Work for 1.5 inches flat in basic brioche in two colors. Do not bind off sts.

 Prerequisites: basic brioche stitch

 Supplies:

Homework swatch

Needles: US 6-8 (for worsted weight)

Notions: Stitch markers, row counter, double-pointed needle  size Us 4 or 5
